About the flat
Spacious 140 sqm home across two levels so you can have your own space and privacy. When you are at opposite ends of the house you won't even know the other is home.
The house is a recent build and is therefore extremely well insulated, with double glazing. It's warm in Winter and cool in Summer. Add the heat pump / air conditioning to that and it's a super comfortable home.
The house is really easy to keep clean but you need to be prepared to keep it that way.
The airport is nearby, and we have very easy access to State Highway 20 going both ways so you can head in any direction really easily!
Plenty of off street parking!
I have a home office that I work out of. This is out of the way of the rest of the house and so when I am working from home, you won't even know I am there.
We have two bathrooms. The main bathroom will essentially be yours to set up an do with as you please. Obviously if there are visitors they will use it but that will be rare. Oh, and the house has hotel like water pressure, it's great!
The house is fully furnished. If you have any particular furniture or appliances that you want in the house then I am open to it. You can decide if you want the bed to be provided for you, or to bring your own bed.
About the room
Comfortable sized room that currently has a queen size bed in it. There is a double window that lets in plenty of natural light, and fresh air flow.
We have gas hobs and I just pay for this when it is needed so you don't need to worry about it.
We share the cost of power and the broadband. We have the fastest fibre I have ever seen at a residential address. The power is cheap in this house because it is so warm in winter and cool in summer. I pay 60% of the power and so your share has averaged out to only around $11-12 a week over the last few years. The broadband is unlimited (if your interested in the details I can show you the Spark plan) and only $108 a month, or around $12 a week for your share.
The landlords do not seem to charge us for water. Long may this continue.
Preferred flatmate
Someone who does not work from home. You must be clean and tidy. You are relaxed and friendly, and like a laugh.
