About the flat
Welcome to my home. I have two children who visit once in a while 19 and 17 as well as a 7yr old Rag Doll.
At the tail end of some renovations and have a couple of rooms available.
The house has 900Mb fibre, so no issues with internet speed.
About the room
The room is 3.2m x 3.2m and has a double closet. There is room for a king bed, desk and drawers. Plenty of light and recently renovated.
NB: the drawers and TV in the photo are not included.

I work in the CBD and remotely during the week. Been renovating the house and coming to the tail end of it, which is great! My older teen kids visit once in a while and stay in their rooms. Pretty relaxed and like to keep a tidy home.
