We’re looking for a 3rd (maybe 4th too) person to join our cosy Mairehau abode!! We have one very spacious room available for rent from 13th May, open to an individual or couple. Also open to pets (ideally cat or small woofer who is well trained). :)

Located just 10 mins drive from the city centre (or 15 bike!), 2 min walk to a block of shops & bus stop (orbiter, comes every 10 mins!)

We have a spacious room available with built in storage. Would fit a queen bed + desk + drawers. Happy to furnish room if needed!

You will be living with a 24 year old couple who just bought their first home!! So no dealing with mean ol’ landlords, and we promise we’ll aim to be the bestest flattie/landlord!! We are both working full time mon-fri. We love a weekend adventure, a board game night and a few bevvies with our pals. While we love a social do, we also love our space & routine (aka - we’re not a party flat and are slightly nana-like during the weeknights!)

Things to know: - Off street parking available for up to 2 cars - Going to start a vege garden if u wanna join! - Lots of storage in shed available for any of ur bits & bobs - We’re keen to implement a weekly cleaning roster - Currently watching: Yellowstone. Down to rewatch always: Office US, New Girl, Rick & Morty, GOT - Room is available from 13th May, but willing to wait for the right person! Not in an immediate rush if you have a notice period or something :)

Ideal person would be clean & tidy, enjoy a yarn / hang out but also appreciates space & downtime.
