🟨 Flat gets lots of light with all the big windows, has a great little garden and patio space, which includes a little herb garden 🪴🫜

🟨 Flat is 300 metres from the beach 🏄🏼‍♀️🌊and 5 min walk from Maranui cafe🧋 🟨 Plenty of free on street parking 🟨 A bus stop right outside the flat 🟨 5 min walk down the Kilbirnie (Bus hub, Pak n Save, Everything you could need!)

Bit about You

🟨 We are looking for either a couple or individual to take over the room. 🟨 Rent is $345 a week, inclusive of wifi but exclusive of other expenses (power+essentials being around $10)(willing to lower rent for a single!) 🟨 Looking for friendly and respectful flattie who enjoys a chat over dinner/hanging when we are home together 🟨 Ideally, you’ll be someone who is looking for more of a home than just a flat
