About the flat
Warm fairly modern clean and cosy in a nice quiet cul de sac, peaceful has a deck and a garden can sit out on and welcome to do any time. Not a busy place not really a party place and privacy and no wifi which I can change so ..... Im authentic respect privacy read podcasts gym next year will be toast masters and I expect to be out of house a lot. Have had lodgers before and it worked well at time. Encouraging and like to see humans happy around me.
About the room
Clean furnished bright big window and double bed, plenty of cupboards space next to bathroom which has shower and toilet one upstairs and one downstairs.. Its always warm very warm and light. Must come and see ......
Preferred flatmate
genuine happy friendly not judgemental and not swayed by politics media looking for a human who is their own boss. I'm not particularly tidy but I see when needs cleaning..Like privacy respect for others privacy ...open when needed but boundaries in place too so all happy.. prefer non smokers...thank you

I'm a lady in late 50's renting a house I'm looking for a boarder for an upstairs room. The property is great location near shops and near city, a parking space can be provided. It is quiet peaceful and a cul de sac that is friendly with nice neighbours. Prefer a working person if possible but I am not working so open to options....all considered. I read listen to podcasts and chat freely i also respect authenticity and privacy I have no wifi but open to changing that if needed. Thank you Kimamanda
