Very homey house. Has a heat pump, fireplace (we don’t feel the need to use), HRV system and a wall heater in lounge also. Decent size rooms, my daughter has one and I have the other. Welcome to use kitchen items and plates etc would just need your own food and bathroom/laundry essentials. Welcome to use washing machine (came with the house). Shared bathroom with my daughter and I, toilet is semi seperate. Large garage which I park my car in but space to fit a vehicle or two on property outside door as well. Decent section with a feijoa, lemon and mandarins tree. Glass and recycling bins on site just have to get council bags for general waste.

Medium sized room. Had a queen bed with a bed side table plus there’s two large shelves at the end of the room by small wardrobe. This is an older house so not the flashest wardrobe but holds enough things. Lower shelf is high enough to add a set of drawers under as I once did. Would prefer a female mid 20’s or older. Working full-time. Prepared to pay a $130 vetting fee and have background check done by property agency beforehand. Has to be understanding and caring towards an almost 4 year old being in the home. Would split rent as well as monthly utility bills (internet, power), water rates are sent out quarterly. My fixed agreement is till November 4th then will become periodic which could also mean a slight increase in rent from the property agency at that time.
