A room is available in our newly existing flat in sunny Kilbirnie. Would be suitable for professionals working in surrounding area or Wellington in general.

The flat is situated at the top of Kilbirnie with amazing views over the bays.It's one of a three unit building, this unit is located at the bottom at ground level so easy access and has an outdoor area. We are located near the town belt walkway, and there's a track right next to the house so ideal if you like to go for walks in the bush, and it's also quicker access to Newtown.

Kilbirnie has quite a few things on offer, and close by including a Pak n Save, Woolworths, Kilbirnie Aquatic Centre, KFC, Pizza Hutt and a few cafe's.

In terms of the initial payment, the bond is 3 weeks, and 1 week rent in advance, after which we pay weekly. The expenses are $30 a week, which includes power, fibre internet, and general use flat items.

The room size is cozy but can fit a double or queen size bed if need be. Both flatmates are full time workers, quiet, busy but sociable. We have only just moved in, so apologies for the lack of photos as we are still setting up.

Someone in the same age range, responsible, relaxed and ok with kids as one flatmate has his son visit on weekends.
