House is minutes away from Howick Village and is situated down the back of a driveway shared with 3 other houses. Neighbour's are quite and never really have any issues with them.

There is a spare room which I keep available for when my parents come to visit from Tauranga for a few days maybe 2-3 times a year (they own the property) They're harmless and will keep out of your way if you want them too. But for the rest of time, the room can be used for any of your own guests and/or for extra storage space in the wardrobe.

Not a big party person but don't mind socialising occasionally and open to having people round for special occasions.

The room is a converted garage so is quite large. You'll have your own range slider entrance and back door to the garden. Should be enough room for a large bed, TV/ lounge area or office space. I have my own ensuite so the main bathroom to the house you will have to yourself.
