House is currently unfurnished (photos indicative) apart from dishwasher and gas oven. Fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, and dryer pending.

Contains 4 bedrooms upstairs, with plans to convert a fifth bedroom downstairs (room 5) between the kitchen and downstairs bathroom.

There is 1 ensuite, 1 shared bathroom, and 2 separate toilets (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs).

The master bedroom (room 1) contains ensuite and walk in wardrobe at the east end of the dwelling with a balcony overlooking Lyall Bay. The west end is split into two bedrooms (rooms 2 and 3) with a shared bathroom and toilet on the south side. The fourth bedroom (room 4) is located on the north side of the house.

The kitchen is at the west end of the house, with a fire place in the large living and dining room areas on the west and north side downstairs. The downstairs guest bathroom is located by the front entrance.

Boarders agreement to be signed prior to moving in.

It's on the number 23 bus route, 6 mins drive from Pak n Save Kilbirnie, and 10 mins walk from Lyall Bay.

Street parking available, with off-street parking arrangements TBC.

Small unfurnished room on the north side of the house upstairs (photo indicative). Room is 2m x 4.6m, and can fit a desk with a single or double bed at the end of the room. Room contains built in wardrobe, with a wall heater for heating.

Looking for young professionals who enjoy board games and hanging out. Need to be tidy and help with the chores.
