About the flat
Quiet chilled house with two laid back Wellingtonians. Both Vaccinated. We enjoy a quiet beer but it not a party flat. Huge garden, Gas heating. Infinity hot water. Surrounded by loads of bush 2 mins walk to the beach/ Surf. Great Nieghbour’s. Fire for winter:-) Vege garden. Tuis galore and the sound of waves. Close to bus route. Extra points if you support the Phoenix:-)

Small room fits a King size bed. Cosy. Additional bills are power and wifi. Firewood provided. 4 minute walk to the beach.
