About the flat
A beautiful and spacious home in Hobsonville. A private bedroom will be provided in a 3 bedroom townhouse, with a shared kitchen space and shared bathroom and a cozy backyard area. The house is located in a quiet and safe neighbourhood with Hobsonville Point Secondary School just minutes away and cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all in walking distance. No parking space provided, but there is ample off-street parking.

A Medium sized room, with a built in wardrobe, a bed and bedside table. Ample sunlight and cozy :)
Preferred flatmate
2 existing working student flatmates who are siblings, and are looking for a female flatmate who is preferably a student, or working professional. Required to be clean, respectful and social, as well as a non-smoker/vaper. The existing flatmates have an indoor cat, so must be able to live with an indoor cat.
