This flat is a gorgeous flat 15 minutes walk away from the university. It gets lots of sun and is a very warm house.

The room is big enough to fit a double bed, a set of drawers and probably a bookshelf. It has a built in wardrobe.
This room is $170 plus expenses. You will be signing on to a fixed term contract till mid January. The landlords will also do a credit check and reference check.
Preferred flatmate
The requirements for the room is: - Female - Non-drinker - No pets, smoking or vaping allowed - Someone willing to take over the lease until the 14th of Jan - Four weeks of bond $700 required and one week rent in advance - The current flatmates are two female Christians, so someone who's comfortable with that atmosphere.
