About the flat
Sadly, one of our flatmates has moved out so we are on the hunt for someone to fill our 3rd bedroom. We’re looking for someone (preferably in their early 20s) reliable, social, chill and easy going person who loves to have a good chat.
Note: the photos of the house are from before we moved it
Some info about the house -The house is located in half moon bay. -The room can either come unfurnished or with some furniture -rent is $270 including bills (pw) -there is a lovely backyard with some fruit trees -washing machine included -there is a dog living at the house, he is very friendly and other small pets are negotiable
About the room
The room is located downstairs with a small wardrobe (pre organised shelves installed). I can provide some furniture for the room or leave it unfurnished
If you are needing a desk to work/ study at. We are more than happy to create a working space in our office or change around our large lounge to create your ideal work space.
The room is private to the flatmate and look out onto some of the fruit trees in the back yard
The room is small to medium sizing
The room is $270 including utilities, the head tenant also buys any basic items for the household. This includes baking ingredients, cleaning items, toilet paper etc.

Hiya! I work full time with a dog charity and am clean, tidy and responsible. I’m the head tenant at the house. I stock up all basic house hold items including common food and cleaning items, I also ensure that all our bills are covered. I do have my dog at the house, he is extremely friendly and loves a good play/ cuddle. I like my motorbikes, animals, gaming and cars This house is easy going, chill and both Heygen and myself are always keen for a good chat
Heygen is responsible and cleans up after himself. He is into his motorbikes, gaming, cooking and playing with the flat dog. He is always keen for a good chat and chill hang out Heygen partner also occasionally stay over
Cowboy is owned by Toni but he loves to spread his love and attention throughout the entire flat and to anyone he visit. He is very friendly to both people and other animals Toni believes he is a 2 year old, huntaway cross sharpei but since he came from a rescue it is hard to tell. Cowboy loves to play and cuddle with everyone and he knows when to give extra love when people are feeling a bit down
