Fully furnished room available in our 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat in Grey Lynn. Available for single, couple or room share.
In the middle of Grey Lynn, 2 minutes walk to Grey Lynn Park, less than 10 minutes walk to Ponsonby/K’Road or Grey Lynn shops and cafes and less than 4 minutes drive to the motorway onramps.
The flat and bedrooms are fully furnished with a sunny backyard, private deck, coal BBQ and off street parking (3 spaces total, using 2 already).
Downstairs there is a large garage with laundry, pool table and a second full bathroom.
WiFi throughout the flat, Disney+, Netflix and Spotify available on TV in the lounge.
Two existing flatmates from New Zealand and Latvia. Working in IT and Sales. We train pool and MMA and enjoy the occasional BBQ.
