It is in a quiet neighborhood, close to several parks, 10 minutes gentle walk to a supermarket and 5 minutes walk to a bus stop to Auckland CBD. Easy access to central Auckland and the motorway makes it an ideal location for students and working professionals alike.

One current flatmate is female PhD student (30s), sociable, friendly person. The other flatmate is a structural engineering.

Looking for working professional or student who are tidy, pay rent on time, like a drink occasionally but aren’t looking for a party flat. Keen to find someone who does their own thing but get along well.
