Small sunny, warm, room, with a very soft and comfortable queen size bed. A tall boy drawer and loads of shelving. There is a TV you can use if needed aswell. Also a small lounge chair. All you will need are your own blankets, pillows and towels. The $200 weekly includes Rent, Power, and Internet. All you need to do is buy your own food and toiletries. I supply toilet paper and dishwash. And last thing you must clean up after yourself and not leave a mess anywhere. This is a clean and tidy home.

Must be full time work or study and be able to pay rent on time every week without hassle. Be capable of cleaning up after them selves without me having to remind them. And very important that they are respectful of me and my home. I want you to be happy, relaxed and feel welcome in my home but not at my discomfort or expense.
