The room is fully furnished, including a desk & chair and a central heating & cooling system. You just need your belongings and nothing else. Plenty of street parking. Currently have two flatmates: I am Korean, and the other lady is Vietnamese. We are professionals who work full-time. We are quiet, friendly, clean, and tidy.

We expect you to be clean, tidy, quiet, and friendly. We are ideally looking for professionals or students who are working full-time. Minimum staying 6 months. $270 per week and Bond is 3 weeks All utility bills are included, and no extra costs.
