We are Very handy to Ellerslie and Lunn Ave shops with Michaels Ave reserve on our back doorstep. Motorways, supermarkets and gas stations just a few minutes drive away. Bus stops are at either end of the street. Ellerslie train staion is a 15 - 20 min walk from the house.

We are a chilled out friendly flat of humans from our mid 20's upwards. We live fairly independently and respect each others privacy but do enjoy a catch up with a beer or wine every now and then.

Room is a double in size and can fit up to a queen bed and also enough room for a desk and draws. Its carpeted with 2 windows which allows morning sun.

Friendly, clean quiet, has a sense of humor, considerate of others and pays bills in time.
