About the flat
A very safe apartment in a great city fringe area. Handy to motorway in all directions, bus routes and the university. One other flatmate lives there, I enjoy a social drink, cooking and bbqing. This however is not a party house.
I enjoy walking, biking and have travelled extensively overseas.
About the room
The room has a king single bed, (larger than a single), linen supplied, basket draws, double wardrobe and a side table with lamp. There is room for a desk which I could purchase if needed. Adjacent to the room is your bathroom and toilet.
Preferred flatmate
A chill person who is respectful, clean and tidy and may enjoy the occasional drink together. If you have travelled internationally, bonus points. Whilst I would prefer shorter stays of 1-3 months I am open to longer for the right person.
