Walking distance to the octagon (5-10mins) and university campus (10-20mins). Close to paknsave by car. Not a party flat, three other flatmates which are university students studying psychology which all have their own schedules; friendly and responsible.

It is also street facing, which is a bonus if you have a vehicle you like to keep an eye on.

Ideally someone aged 18-22yrs. Couples are welcomed with an additional $90 per week.
