Large home located in Dinsdale Hamilton, warm and sunny, solar panels, heat pump, healthy home compliant. Countdown and a large amount of different types of shops, Library, Takeaways, $2 dollar shops, vape shops, laundromat and butchery and vegetable shops, 5 mins down the road. Jane and I are very chilled and enjoy no dramas in our home. Communication is important to both of us and we are looking for a working or semi retired lady to join us. Preferably a life experienced lady in her 50s like us, but we are open to options.

Room is quite large, we have had a queen and a single bed in it for guests. It is now empty apart from a single bed, but that will be removed before new flatmate moves in. Flatmate needs to provide her own bedroom furniture. We have 2 bathrooms and another extra toilet, big kitchen, lots of cupboards and big dining room and lounge. The house was built in the 1970's and has been extremely well maintained.

Internet and power are extra each month.

Fun, great sense of humour, easy going, just like us. Likes to have a drink and a chat, every now and then. No loud parties, but we are definitely into family and friend, dinner and drinks nights and birthdays etc. Some of our hobbies we enjoy are; reading, gardening, scrabble, movies, gaming, cooking and the occasional show.
