In quite neighbourhood - house is at end of a culdesac. Home has unfenced section, sunny deck. 10 min drive into the city and 5 min drive to Waikato hospital/Braemar. Supermarket (New world) is a 10 min walk or 2 min drive away and there is also a bus stop at the end of the road.

The room is a double room and can fit a queen bed and set of drawers comfortably. If needed the room can come furnished.

You will be sharing the fully furnished kitchen, lounge and bathroom with one other female flatmate/owner. House has a heat pump in the lounge kitchen area and a DVS system in all rooms. Weekly rent for unfurnished and will include power/internet/Netflix/ use of gym set up in garage AND cleaning of main shared areas once a week and garden/lawn maintenance once a week. All I would expect is for you to clean up after yourself in shared areas and keep these tidy.

There is a bit of extra cupboard storage space in the garage that can be used as well. I am intending on doing some renovations to improve the house and garden but will discuss this with the right flatmate and will ensure minimal effect on your peace and quiet.

I am looking for a working professional who is like minded, tidy and respectful. I am also not interested in any large social gatherings or parties being held at the house I would prefer someone quieter/career focused and closer in age to me (25+). I am a quiet, somewhat introverted working professional and I like time to relax on weekends but enjoy having someone around for a chat, to watch tv show. I will not consider animals sorry.
