We are a family of 5 living upstairs of the house. We are renting this extra downstairs bedroom with individual exit and bathroom. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, someone who is light or no cooking, someone who is a mature professional or student. In this area, it is very quite at night, so we are appreciated someone who is looking for somewhere quite and comfortable to live. The house has been renovated less than 2 years. Everything is in good condition.

Room with seperate entrance and individual bathroom. A small fridge and microwave and induction cooker provided. Other cooking facilities provided outside the room at the sheltered decking area.
