This property is truly an oasis. We are very close to town yet when you are in the yard you feel likes you're far from a city centre. It takes roughly 15 minutes to walk into Napier central and 2 mins max in a car. We have plenty of street parking and a driveway that fits two vehicles. The house is our safe space. We like to take good care of it because it takes good care of us. A bit about us (from Oriane): Me and my sister Lily live here with our cat Daisy. Lily is a Nurse and works all sorts of shifts including nights so there is some tiptoeing around when she's sleeping during the day. I am currently working three jobs so I am a bit all over the place with my schedule but we make it work. We currently do 'Hello Fresh' and would love a house mate who would join us in that and cook with us. We pride ourselves in having a clean, tidy and nice house so he hope you will be the same. As we have complicated work schedules we keep the house in order sporadically, as in we don't have a set cleaning day, but that works for us.

Rent is only $180 p/w which is astronomically cheap. Other costs include $29 a month Wifi - $80 -$100 a month power.

We are not a party house although we may have the occasional get together if everyone is in agreement.

The room is super cool. Its a fairly large space if you make it work. There is a loft space that was built for a bed but can be used as storage. if you use it as a bed that makes for so much space downstairs. The room is separated from the house (like Orianes) which offers great privacy and more independence. You get you own little deck and unlimited access to the garden. have not included any interior pics yet but would love to give you a tour!

We are looking for someone who is reliable, pays rent on time and is around to help out with household tasks and just be around in general. We would love someone we can really get along with, have movie nights etc. Someone who is employed and has hobbies!

We would prefer a girl but not too fussed we just need to like you/ get along with you!!

Preferably no partners and please no children or pets. (unless thats a lizard or something like that just no cats or dogs)
