We’re offering a room in our bright, fully fenced bungalow nestled right next to Eskdale Reserve in the heart of Birkdale. The home features both front and covered back decks — perfect for enjoying the outdoors in privacy, thanks to the high fencing.

You’ll be sharing the space with a tidy, respectful female professional and her friendly Hungarian Vizsla. We're looking for a like-minded, quiet, and dog-friendly professional to join us.

Sunny (north facing) and spacious room that comes with a double size bed, bedside table, in-build wardrobe, and a lamp. The whole house is double glazed, so is the room, which keeps the house calm and warm all year around. On request an additional room can be added to the rent (at a small additional cost) to extend your space and privacy.

Someone who’s easygoing, tidy, and considerate—someone who enjoys an active lifestyle, values having a peaceful, well-kept home, and is happy doing their own thing but also up for a chat or the occasional shared meal.

Ideally, you’re someone who appreciates the outdoors, enjoys a healthy balance of social time and personal space, and would love living with a very affectionate dog (Billie will definitely consider you part of the family!).

If you’re independent, responsible, and looking for a relaxed, friendly home environment rather than just a place to crash, we’ll likely get along really well.
