Hello future flatmate! We are looking for two new flatmates to join us in this cozy wooden home as we take over the lease on the 29th of this month! We’re really hoping to create a flat family — to build a home you'd love to come home to after a long day of work. ✨

The house is a warm, wooden home that feels like a cozy ski lodge in the mountains. 🏔️

1 bathroom + separate toilet 🚽

Deck, large garden bed & sunny backyard 🌞

Spacious lounge & dining area that flows into the kitchen

🛋️ Note: The furnishings will be different when we move in — these are from the old tenants!

🛏 Room 1 – $195/week Quite spacious, with a large window that gets lots of sun 🌞

🛏 Room 2 – $190/week Smaller, but bright! Large window & glass sliding door that opens to its own deck and entrance 🌿 Small wardrobe included.

💡 Utilities: ~$30/week (covers internet, bills, and shared flat items like toilet paper) 🔐 Bond: $780 📅 Move-in: From 29/06/25 (negotiable) 🐾 No pets, sorry!

👯 About us: We are two girls who are wanting to build a cozy, welcoming flat family who would be up for some adventures, beach or camping trips, cozy movie nights or board game nights, or nights playing music and roasting marshmallows by the fire pit.

Erica is a civil engineer who loves a bit of everything — climbing, mountaineering, pottery, drawing, and even the odd half marathon 🏃‍♀️

Mika works in film, and in my spare time I’m usually dancing, fire spinning, drawing, playing guitar, or gaming 🎨🎮

We’d love to meet people with a similar vibe who are down to make this place a true home.
