We have a lovely big old villa in Berhampore , Wellington. There are 2 rooms available for working/student or quiet adult .The house is located close to the city and the coast and Newtown and Kilbernie are close by .The room is very sunny with a large window facing north.It is furnished with a queen bed , wardrobe space , desk , rug ,lamp etc .This is a very quiet house , everyone works and bills are divided at the end of the month .Everyone buys and cooks their own food .Its a very organised , clean house and some people have been living here for over 7 years .This is definately not a party house .The buses leave right outside the house.Bond is 2 weeks rent .No pets.Parking is on the street but easy to find.
