Large house with plenty of room for everyone. It used to be a retirement home. There are 16 rooms in total. Downstairs has 13 of the rooms as well as two lounges, large kitchen and a dining area plus 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets. Upstairs is home to 3 bedrooms and has a kitchen, 2 bathrooms and one toilet.

Current tenants are a range of people but mostly migrant workers employed full time for Tegel foods. They are a fun bunch who has been here for approx 18 months now. Sadly some have moved on to get their own properties, hence the vacancies.

It's an 8 minute drive to the City Centre and the nearest bus stop is a 10 minute walk.

There is parking both on site and in the street.

All rooms are a good size and some can be for double occupancy. ($260 p/w for double occupancy). Each room has a near new bed, and we can provide beside drawers if required. Most rooms have built in wardrobes. The rate includes Power and Wi-Fi. Every room has a lock on it for privacy.
