Large house plenty of room for everyone. Downstairs we have 4 bathrooms and 4 toilets. two lounges / Dining. Large kitchen downstairs and a kitchen upstairs. Upstairs has 2 bathrooms and one toilet. Current Tenants are mostly Cambodian migrant workers on 5 year visas. They all are employed full time for Tegel foods both Dayshift and nightshift roles.

We currently have 3 single rooms and 6 large rooms for couples available. Each room has a near new bed, and we can provide beside drawers if required. Most rooms have built in wardrobes. Single rooms are $190 per week which includes Power and Wi-Fi. Double rooms for couples are $300pw which also includes Power and Wi-Fi. Every rooms has a lock on it for privacy.

Ideally, we are after mature house-trained individuals, who can demonstrate responsibility and respect for others and the property. People who can clean up after themselves and show consideration for others.
