Hi! We are looking for 2 new flatmates to join us in our sunny home in Avondale. Rent is $210 per week for this room (or $320 for a couple) plus bills which are usually around $25 to $30 per week. Bond is 4 weeks rent, plus 1 week rent in advance on the date of moving in. Move in date is flexible from Saturday 14 June and we are flexible on term! The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a seperate toilet and seperate laundry.

You will be living with a couple (Jack and Sophie). We are both active and enjoy running, walking and going to the gym, as well as spending time with friends and family! We both work full time and are quite independent but do enjoy hanging out in the week when everyones home, watching a movie or playing a board game if thats your thing! Our home is in a quiet cul-de-sac with a big backyard and vege garden. There is plenty of street parking and our street is very safe, we have been here for 2 and a half years with no issues. We like to keep toasty in winter with our heat pump, and have a pizza oven which we like to fire up in the weekend!

The house is 5 minutes drive from the motorway, a couple of minutes walk from a bus stop which takes you right into the city, and about 5 minutes drive from the Avondale train station.

The room fits a queen bed, a bedside table and a small chest of drawers and comes with a built in wardrobe. It has a large window and blackout blinds.

We have included some photos of our previous flatmates set ups. The white bed was a king bed (a tighter squeeze) and the grey bed is a queen.

We are looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy, and respectful of others space who pays rent on time and contributes to shared bills. We are quite independent but also enjoy a flat games, movie or pizza night on occasion when everyones schedules line up!
