About the flat
This is a big villa on a flat section.
With lots of cute outdoor spaces, including a deck, a porch and a patio with a fire place. The house has a lot of character due to it's aesthetic (built in 1910, lovingly restored in 1990's). If you are creative it will work well for you, if you are not you’ll love it’s good looks regardless.
Room available is approximately 3.3m by 3.3mm with a porch window. It's the reading nook of the house. Shared bathroom with one other.
We are a group (3) of working/studying adults. We are more on the artistic/introvert end of life, with our projects and side gigs but we are warm, down to earth and enjoy a drink together on a Friday night.
The house is well located for transport. In terms of access to state highway 1, 16 and 20, all within a 5 - 10 min drive. The Avondale train station is a 12 minute walk away, and the 018 which frequents down Great North Rd is a 2 minute walk to catch from the house.

I am a student studying creative writing, and slowly but surely building a creative business. I worked predominantly in events prior to committing to full time study, which I also love and work in a part time capacity in.
I also love to cook, with which I have just become a novice gardener. I love to go out to listen to new music, visit art galleries and try new restaurants.
