We live in a free-standing five-bedroom house in Avondale (Avondale Heights), a short walking distance to the bus stop ( going to the city), train station, supermarket, coffee shops, post office, and other amenities. There is a real sense of community on our street. My husband and I, my son and his partner here, are all professionals. Our home is comfortable, and we are a friendly bunch; you can socialise as much or as little as you like. this room is available from the 12th of May, and viewing by appointment is welcome.

This fully furnished and very comfortable room and is available from Sunday, May 12th. It is ideal for a single person. Long—and short-term stays are welcome. However, it would be great if you communicated your intention at the start.
