There is a good view from the deck with good natural lighting from in the room and study should you want to use.
House is about 30mins walk from Westfield Mall & University.
Laundry, Kitchen & Living Area are shared which contains a large fridge, TV, Washing Machine & Dryer that is also shared.
Basic Power, Water & Internet Included.
I travel down to the shops once sometime more per week and happy to give a ride somewhere if needed.
