About the flat
The home is a brand new townhouse completed in April of this year. The home has two bedrooms and two bathrooms so flatmate will have full use of their own bathroom. The home also has a decked outdoor area with lawns and gardens. Kitchen is fully equipped and can be used at the flatmate's discretion.
The home is close to Westfield and Barrington malls and is a short distance away from Hagley Park.
About the room
The room is a double room with a wardrobe. The wardrobe has a full-sized mirror on one of the doors and is equipped with shelving. The room has curtains and blinds on the window and has it's own bathroom.
A bed can be included with the room if the flatmate requires.
