In search of a rental, possibly studios, but needs to be self contained, for me and possibly my partner (he may move in or just come during weekends), I'm a full time student (17) and he’s a full time worker (18) we have 1 dog and 2 birds, budget of $350 looking for places on outskirts of Wellington, or possibly central if there's enough privacy. only reason I say possibly studios and ask for privacy is not for me but for the comfort of possible flatmates as my birds can be noisy, they are generally very good (knock on wood) but just don't want to make promises I can't be 100% with, my dog is also part Rottweiler so assume she could get to that size or smaller, besides that she does obedience training and canine good citizen training so she is very well behaved. In my study I am doing my 1st year of my Diploma of commercial dancing and work for the Kāpiti Coast district council.
