Hi! I'm a working adult male on a residency visa looking for someplace to stay for about 3-5 months - preferably somewhere within walking distance (15-20min or less) from Bruce Pulman Park, though I'm open to areas a little further away, too.

I don't party and neither smoke nor drink. :) I like to keep my own spaces clean and organized. I don't cook, though I'm interested in learning... my main mode of transport will probably be via bicycle, which I hope to be able to get within my first week.

I'm looking for a room with at least 1 bed/mattress (closet preferable) for non-smokers with wifi access and a washer/dryer that I can use.
