I was also a Lecturer at Te Wananga o Awanuiarangi for Environmental Studies in 2021. The Environment and Climate Change are really important issues for me. I am also an Elder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. And hold two church callings (Genealogy Consultant and Self Relaince Specialist) I have been a meber for 46yrs. I was renting a home on 1B Queens Street in Ngaruawahia for 16 months. The landloards went on trip around New Zealand and in a way I was house sitting. I lived there bymyself. It was ideal becuase it was a home where I could finish off my contract as a lecturer with Awanuiarangi. At that point we did 90% of our delivery via Zoom. But I could study the Taiao, stars and the tuna (Eels). Im going to get a reference from them. The agent who was a friend for the owners of 1B Queen street found me another home. The owner hired me to paint his other rental down the road and I moved into my current property. I do alot of maintenance painting for Landlords. Ive been here since April 2023. The Owner has decided to sell his home. So we have to move out. Prior to this I lived with my sweetheart and we rented since we were married in 2010. We split in 2018.
