Hi I'm Nicky a friendly, tidy, clean, mature, non-smoking and non-drinking female. I've lived at my current flat for 8 years now but there is quite a lot of mould inside the house and I am worried about the health effects of this. I am working part-time due to health reasons and my lifestyle includes keeping active by going to the gym, walking and swimming and have a sense of humour. I regularly cook and am interested in wellbeing and healthy living. I'm quiet and considerate of other people. Will need an off street park for my small car. Would prefer my own bathroom if possible. Can provide a reference if needed. Would like to find somewhere fairly modern and free from dampness/mould. I need an unfurnished room as I have my own queen-size bed, tallboy drawers, bedside cabinets and more stuff as well. Need a double size wardrobe as have far too many clothes and shoes! Ideally my own bathroom would be great. I'm a non-smoker, can pay the rent on time, I'm very considerate of other people, I'm friendly but also enjoy my own private space to relax. I'm completely trustworthy, I won't get into anyone else's food and appreciate the same in return! I'm well used to doing housework and cleaning and would be good if this is shared. I'm straight but am LGBT friendly.

I'm working in the Epsom area so would like to find a place around this area like Royal Oak, Greenlane, Onehunga, Balmoral, Newmarket, Mt. Eden areas. I do like to cook regularly so need full access to a kitchen. Also an off street safe park for my little car as I don't have a car alarm. Budget around $280 including expenses.
