Hi everyone, I’m looking for accommodation in Hamilton (near University of Waikato)

Kia ora! My name is Ishan Mathur and I’m moving from India to Hamilton on 25th June 2025 to pursue my Master of Management in Business Analytics at the University of Waikato.

I’m currently looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable place to stay, ideally:

Close to the University of Waikato (walking or short bus distance)

From 25th June onwards (for at least 4 weeks, longer if it’s a good fit)

Budget: NZD $180–$350 per week, depending on the room and amenities

Open to: private rooms in shared flats, homestays, or studio units

Preferably fully furnished with internet included

A bit about me:

I'm 30 years old, non-smoker, quiet, respectful, and tidy

Will be studying full-time and focusing on job search and academics

I don’t party or make noise and will treat your home with care

I’m moving alone and will be staying without family
