I’m employed full time, M-F and usually work from 7a-3p.

I pay my bills on time, respect your privacy and keep my room and the common areas clean and tidy.

I don’t have any pets and don’t smoke and only occasionally have a beer or glass of wine.

Weekends I like to relax by listening to music, playing the guitar., or watch some tv.

I am a amateur photographer and enjoy hanging with my friends, but don’t worry I don’t have parties and I usually chill with them downtown.
