About me
What I'm looking for is clean, tidy accommodation preferably a big room or unit type with bathroom/ensuite. Prefer longer term & I am with Work & Income, I know this puts a lot of people off but I do pay my bills. This entails a signature to say you're renting a room/unit to me. I am retired. I've been away for 15 years & have come home to be nearer to my family. I endeavour to make the most of everyday - I love life with its twists & turns. I keep myself occupied doing various things - computer work, I do a lot of research, reading & learning about different things & topics & I do enjoy gardening. I enjoy music - quite happy to put my earphones in so as not to disturb anyone. I try to do fitness everyday - a bit of cardio & walking. I settle down for the afternoon/evening fairly early especially in the colder months watching various things. I also enjoy doing puzzles, especially word ones. I don't have hoards of visitors yet do have the odd friend/family calling in for coffee & a catch up. I don't party nor do I smoke. I take great pride in where I am so extremely meticulous in the home & look after my own things so take great care when using other people's belongings. I respect people's space & also like that in return yet also up for a chat even if it's a hello. What you'll get is a person who is honest, straightforward & trustworthy. Ask me anything & you'll get an honest answer. I also don't drive so won't need a park just the odd visitor who calls in. I use public/uber transport.
