Hi, I’m Philicity.
I’m 20 and currently a student, looking for a comfortable and clean flat to call home. I’m pretty quiet and introverted, and I tend to keep to myself, especially during busy study periods. I’m more of a morning person and usually spend my day studying, playing small online games, and some other hobbies such as crochet.
I always do my part to keep shared spaces tidy. I do my best in a peaceful and respectful living environment.
About me
I am looking for a place which is relatively quiet with a friendly environment. A respect for privacy and each other's space is an important factor for me. I am also looking for a smoke-free flat. Location wise, I am searching for a flat within a nice driving distance to the Northcote AUT campus. I'm not too picky on the distance, as long as it is within the north shore area. I would also need a parking space for my car. The room I am looking for is big enough for a bed and desk for me to complete my studies. If needed, I am prepared to bring my own furniture.Preferred location
