About me
I'm looking for a room in/around the CBD, preferably with other flatmates who are happy to socialize and are clean/tidy between early 20s to early 30s. Not really bothered about if the place is an apartment or home as long as the room is a decent size as well as the house is in fair condition with good/healthy communications between the landlord/home-owner and their tennants. I have my own furniture so whether or not furniture is provided is no problem with me. Room size as mentioned above would be preferred to be decent size in the fact I'd have enough space for my bed, desk, a bookshelf and my chest-of-drawers.Preferred location
