Flatmates

We’re a couple (Austine – a post-grad student & web developer, and Christian – a post-grad student & web developer) looking for a tidy, comfortable flat near the city. Ideally, we’d love a place that feels like home, with good natural light and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We’re both easy-going, respectful, and tidy. We enjoy cooking, staying active, and keeping our space clean. We’re social but also appreciate downtime and respect others’ privacy. Requirements: *Budget: $300–$400/week (preferably all-in with electricity, water & internet) *Move-in: 2nd week of November *Preferred suburbs: Remuera, Mount Wellington, Kingsland, Mt Eden, or nearby

A place close to University of Canterbury. Would like it to get some sunlight during the day and have a bag yard/garden.

Ideally a place with good natural lighting and a room with a good amount of sun in the morning. Closish to CBD, with a parking space but not necessary. I would rather live with majority women or LGBTQ+ people, and a quieter environment.

I’m looking for a clean, comfortable flat with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I’d like to live with people who are sociable, respectful, and easygoing, and who enjoy sharing moments together but also value personal space. I don’t have any special requirements, just a good vibe at home and flatmates who are responsible with the common areas.

Searching a flat in christchurch

We are both tidy, and respectful, and while my partner respects his personal space and prefers to keep to himself, I am usually happy to have a chat here and there and be social. Two of our three cats are indoor only, and well litter trained, the other prefers indoor/outdoor. None are fond of strangers so you won't be bothered by them (panda is the most likely to warm up to you for attention)
