Like I said in my bio, I'm looking for a clean, quiet, and friendly flat in the central-west area (like Sandringham, Mt Eden, or Avondale), ideally near public transport. I'm hoping to find a place where I can stay long-term — ideally for around a year — so I'm looking for somewhere that feels stable and comfortable. I'm a tidy and respectful person who enjoys having my own space but is also happy to chat or share a meal sometimes. I don’t smoke and have no pets. My budget is around $250/week including expenses.
