We are both tidy, and respectful, and while my partner respects his personal space and prefers to keep to himself, I am usually happy to have a chat here and there and be social.
Two of our three cats are indoor only, and well litter trained, the other prefers indoor/outdoor. None are fond of strangers so you won't be bothered by them (panda is the most likely to warm up to you for attention)
