Flatmates in Waikato

Hey, I'm looking for a place to stay while I study. Looking for a friendly, social and laid-back place. I'm tidy, easy-going and like a good balance of socialising and doing my own thing.

I’m looking for a quite flat with people who are working or studying that are a similar age. I am looking for a room to rent that is ideally not too small , I am happy with pets.

Regarding a property that I am currently seeking for, would be a quiet and safe environment. Somewhere that is close by the University, about 6 to 7 or less minute walk. It has to be in the Hillcrest area, has its own bathroom. Would appreciate it if its furnished or partially furnished. If not furnished then that's okay, as long as the bathroom is included (not shared). I am also looking for a place that the utilities are inclusive in the rent payments. For instance, wifi, power and water. Plus, for rent I am looking between $175 - $250 max per week. A place with no smokers or drugs and no pets. In summary, preferably a unit not a studio unit.

I am looking for a place to stay from Nov until end of Feb.

Place that is clean and roommates who are friendly. Ready to do bit of chores, love my space but also am friendly so if you open up a bit it would be good to have small talks now and then. I'll love to stay where there's no racism and people are welcoming.

I'm generally flexible with my requirements, but for this one, I'd prefer it to have certain necessities for cooking, washing clothes, and cleaning, and if not, be close to places I can do that. In terms of distance, I think a 30-minute walking distance from the University of Waikato might be enough although that is negotiable
