Flatmates in Auckland

Ideally would like a place somewhere out in West Auckland so that I'm closer to work. Preferably a place that has been built within the last 20 years and has decent insulation and air conditioning. Willing to pay up to $250 per week for a room however can negotiate if the offer is exceptional.

Ideally would like a sleepout with internet access, to fit a single bed and a desk/drawers. But would also be happy with a room in a house. I like public area cleanliness, happy to cook a couple times a week for the household as i try new recipes! (or most days, depending on arrangement) Access to ethernet would be ideal, but WiFi is fine. Also some social dinners or something would be cool.

I don’t drink (Apart from the odd social drink at a friends house) or party, and I’m LGBTQ+ friendly. I’m happy to help around the house or with animals.
