Flatmates in Auckland

At least a 3 month to 6 month minimum rental ideally more but I would like a studio or self contained unit. If in a flat share situation I'm easy going my like clean and tidy and not too much during working week but I can socialise when I have time and not busy. I like my privacy an prefer a household who respect that when Im in my own room. Preferable professional or study home but allow independent share and reliablity of a tenancy.

We’re hoping to live somewhere within 30 to 40 minutes of Auckland CBD, in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. We’re also clean and tidy people, so as long as the house is reasonably clean and well-kept, we’ll be happy.

Quiet house

I am a master's student from Germany undertaking an exchange semester in Environmental Informatics from July onward. I plan to stay for 4 months for my studies. I love traveling, listening to music, and occasionally playing the piano just for fun. While I used to be very active in sports, my current schedule has limited my time for it, though I still enjoy staying active when I can.

I moved to NZ a year ago and have moved from the South Island 3 months ago. Around September/October I am moving to Auckland with work. I would love to live with someone who I get along well with, have the occasional evening beer together but you will mostly not see me as I will be working 6 days a week. Also would need someone who loves dogs, as I have a 2yo Swiss Shepherd called Marlo. He is very chilled out around the house and well trained.

I am looking for a flat close to the University of Auckland. Ideally I would love to be able to walk there when I have lessons. I do not mind sharing a bathroom with other flatmates and I do not need a parking space as I do not drive.
