About the flat
The house is a cosy little 2 bedroom place with a good yard. To share with a female in mid 30s and a 4 year old Greyhound dog.
Small kitchen and shared bathroom with shower and bath. Currently no dishwasher, but hopefully one day!
The house is located in Woolston - 10 mins drive from Sumner, 10 mins from the city and close to the hills. Might suit someone who likes to go exploring in the weekend.
Rent is $200 (more for a couple) Expenses work out to be about $30 per week.

About the room
The room is on the smaller side but fits a queen bed. Can come furnished with single bed or queen bed, wardrobe, drawers, bookcase, bedside table and lamp. There's also an additional storage cupboard just outside the room.
