We are three 19-21yo girls going into our first year at Otago Uni. We are looking for another chill student to come flat with us starting Jan/Feb 2026!

We've found a super cozy house, tucked away from the busier North Dunedin streets, but still walkable distance to the Uni. There's busstop right outside the front door and it's not far at all to the New World Gardens. It has a large kitchen/living area with a sunroom full of grapevines attached! It's semi furnished, (whiteware + living area) has two heat pumps, and the garden is maintained by the landlord!

There are two rooms available in this flat! Both are large enough for a double bed + other furniture/desk. There are two couches available to distribute to two of the bedrooms and one comes with a set of shelves but other than that the rooms are unfurnished! The house itself gets plenty of morning sun and there is two heat pumps to keep everything warm.

Ursula and I will likely be moving down mid Feb so it work out great if it was a similar time for you as well! If not the earliest move in date is Jan 1st. Each room is 158/w and the tenancy runs for the whole year.
